Unless otherwise stated, the commissioner agrees to let the artist have some freedom on the requested commission.※ Commissions may take a while depending on queue and request details (from a week up to a month). General Terms and Conditions1. In the case that this application for a Commission of Artwork with multiple characters is approved by the Artist, the Artist will follow up with the Client about payment details. The possible Commission will be considered fully approved upon forwarding payment. The Client may choose to pay in Full or Partial depending on the discussions agreed upon prior to payment.2. By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor. The Artist may use any images of the Commission for promotional purposes (portfolio, commission samples, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.3. During the process of Commission production, the Client will be provided with as many WIPs (Work-In-Progress) as the Artist may provide. This is to ensure few changes will be required after the final version of the Commission has been approved. However, if the Client has paid only partial of the payment in the initial transaction, then the Client is required to pay the rest of the payment once the Commission is at the halfway stage.4. The Client will not be allowed to share or spread any WIPs outside of the privacy of discussions with the Artist during the period of the Commission production until after the Commission has been completed. In extension, the Client will not be allowed to pass the WIPs to another artist while the current Commission is in-progress. This is to preserve the copyright of the Artwork and the Artist's labor.
5. This Commission is of personal usage and right of the Client once the final version has been approved. This means that the Client has free rights to where to post and use the Commission thereafter. However, this Commission is not allowed, by any means, to be resold for profit, or be redistributed for NFTs.6. The Client reserves the right to display the Commission in public or personal spaces so long as the Artist’s name and credits are displayed along with the finished Commission.7. In the case that the Client requests for revisions after the final version of the Commission has already been agreed to by both the Client and the Artist, depending on the amount of effort for the required revisions, there may be charges filed for additional corrections, etc. The minimum free revisions are limited to 2 MAJOR REVISIONS and 3 MINOR REVISIONS after the final version has been approved.8. Refunds for the Commission will not be approved once the final version has been agreed upon.
